Position Summary
Our growing team seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to create tools and automation to enable efficiency and self-service for internal customers in managing the next evolution of our application platform.
 
This is a remote role reporting to the the Senior Manager, Cloud Operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
    • Work within and across teams to produce high quality infrastructure, automation, and tooling focused software that meet the needs of internal customers
    • Find, take ownership, and solve complex problems
    • Build new systems with the focus of abstracting away the complexities of the underlying API’s including those that are internal to our product or 3rd party hosted
    • Collaborate, proactively share your thoughts and ideas while also listening and accepting feedback from others
    • Help create a framework for product teams to deploy their code through CI/CD and other DevOps principles
Position Summary
Triple-A is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing Accounting and Finance team. The Senior Accountant will be an integral part of the corporate accounting department working closely with our Accounting Manager and Controller. This role is vital to ensuring that the day-to-day accounting and monthly close cycles are completed timely and accurately. 
 
The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation of corporate accounting experience, a strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily duties and long-term projects.  
 
This position will report to the Accounting Manager and will ideally be located in our Murray, UT office, however strong remote candidates may be considered.
 
Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and review monthly close entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and income statement account fluctuation analysis.  
    • Ensure that all entries are accurate and that transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards. 
    • Prepare bank reconciliations and review bank activities.  
    • Prepare timely journal entries relating to amortization, depreciation, and accruals each month.  
    • Maintain fixed asset schedules by recording additions, disposals, and related depreciation.   
    • Ensure accounts payable invoices and employee reimbursements are paid timely, recorded accurately, and comply with company policy. This includes reviewing of invoice batches and employee expense reports, providing guidance on invoice coding, and assisting with vendor questions and troubleshooting. 
    • Assist in preparing and completing the annual financial statement audit by creating PBC schedules, aggregating supporting documentation, and working with external auditors to facilitate the audit. 
    • Assist with Federal, State, and Local compliance as needed 
    • Work closely with the Accounting Manager to document and monitor accounting policies and internal controls.  
    • Work closely with the Accounting Manager and other accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close.  
    • Analyze expenses and investigate variances noted in monthly and quarterly reviews. 
    • Assist with developing recommendations to optimize the company’s accounting systems and procedures. 
    • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
